I was just thinking to my slef and Iwas thinking do these power heads actually own up to work to be a wave maker? Are they just better off just to be on or can they actually handel pulseing on and off for a long time? has anybody tested that?

I have 2 mag 6 hydor's and have been on a timer wavemaker for over a yr now and do fine.

Not sure I have heard people complain about the evo's not working on wave makers. I don't have problems with the magnums I have though. I am running them on a jbj pulse duo wavemaker, so not sure if brand has anything to do with it or not.
