Re: DIY Dosing pump
I have lookied into that one and the one using the syringe. I don't know if I fully trust the air line valve to be consistent especially once it starts to clog up. That one you linked is going to cost about $60 (estimated).
Look into these instead for more reliability:

You can wire them up to a timer and have a consistent dosing without all the DIY extras that could fail for a total of $80 for two. I haven't bought mine yet but this is the way I am planning on going just to save some cash from the pre-built dosers.

Hd if you would like I have some fittings that will limit to 1 gal per hr that you could have if you decide to use the aqualifters. I picked up a bag of like 12 when I set up my lime water top off. Keep us up to date as I may need to start looking into this or a ca reactor.

HD let us know what way you go with this. I my self need to work on a dosing pumps. I may need to look into a ca reactor my self (damn clams) but that may be overkill for a 75g tank.

HD out of curiousity how much 2 part are you adding that you starting thinking about getting pumps to dose? I've noticed that after adding a couple sps that my parms are falling and want to get a guide or comparison as we both have 125's.

Re: DIY Dosing pump
My friend in Alabama made a dosing "drip" out of a used saline IV from a hospital. He has a gallon jug and he harpooned the side of it with the syringe and has been using it for years. I have not seen his set up yet, but I can ask him to give me pictures if you are interested.

Dosing pumps
Theoretically the IV solution should work - it's never going to be good in a perry pump but if you can get the volumetric's and flow calibrated it should work!
