Frag Swap event?

How hard would it be to host a frag swap, raffle and line up some speakers and would anyone come if we did? All those types of events are always so far away. It would be awesome to have one closer. It wouldn't need to be as big as theirs. ?? Am I crazy to even bring this up? It could be in Duluth or Grand Forks or something. That'd be cool. I'm mot sure Bemidji is the best place although it would be cool for me if it was. I do a lot of event coordinating and would be glad to work on something like this with a core group of ya'll.

Maybe it could be fundraiser for our club if WE do it. If that's the case, Grand Forks and Duluth may not be good since they have their own clubs. If we raise money, we may want to have official officers....secretary, treasurer, etc.

Or maybe I just couldn't sleep last night and so my mind was getting all weird.
