the good news first or the bad?

OK.  The bad.  I lost my pretty orange plate coral.  It just didn't do well in it's holding tank while I was moving and setting up my 75g again in our new home.  I had a friend hold it for me but it was already looking sad by then and it just never made a come back. It has been making a slow decline for many months now.

The good. I see what I think are a few little tiny babies forming along it's edge. I'm so glad I didn't take the depressing coral skeleton out of my tank!

you're lucky! Hope they grow for you.

Oh no! But if you already see babies for sure hang on to it, the ones I have had like that usually looked dead for weeks or months before popping up babies.
