Reef Goals for 2013

I do this every year. What are your goals for 2013 with your tank/s? Did you do what you planned to last year? Please share!

Here's my goals from last year.
My goals for 2012:
go to more events...TCMAS speaker, swap, Duluth meetings, Fargo mini swap, liveaquaria tour.... CHECK
maintenance on my 75g...I think I need to work on flow and maybe it's time to take out my sand bed. I'll start a thread maybe to discuss that soon. started to do this, then got busy with house hunting, moving, etc...took the 75 down and started over with a new setup
set up my nano....I need livestock for it and hopefully will be getting those LED's in a few weeks CHECK only still have the stock PC lights which are fine for the NPS that are in it anyway
That's all I can think of now. Oh...I'm also reading more sites and listening to reefthreads each week, etc. I'm working on broadening my horizons. CHECK

2013 Goals
Go slow with my new setups...75g is new and 12g has undergone a remodel into a NPS tank. Be very picky about what I add. Diligent maintenance and record keeping. Keep up my build thread so I can look back and see progress.
Continue to learn...read, listen and attend as many events as I can.
Work on the club and this site.

2013 Amen to Maintenance. Find good lights for 20 gallon. LED strip now is too bright. Keep new 45 at optimum levels. Add a few zoa's and "shrooms. Set up a pico tank for Zoa's. Read Read.

My tank finally looks to me like it's coming out of the newb stage.
Continue to learn...read, listen and attend as many events as I can. Taking in all I can find time for!

I'm doing better maintanence on the 45 and 20.
Thinking about Pico, but no real hardware
Set up pond: Have a work party kind of lined up, and picked out liner
Went to a workshop. Need more.
Of course I got shrooms, and a few zoa's, lost alot of zoas too.
