Stores in Fargo

It looks like I'll be in Fargo on the 8th for a med appt. Are there any good fish stores in the area that are worth going to?

He is in Grand Forks not fargo silly. There is one in the west acres mall called Pets-r-inn they are the best one I think. If you are going there I can call that guy that said he would donate some stuff to the center and you could maybe get it?? It is in the moorhead mall and it is called Foss Drug. LMK and I will call the owner and see if he will be around.

Yes pets-r-inn is about the only decent place we have, Shaun is a great guy to deal with. I could pic the stuff up from steve also if you want, and his tank is a must see for intown.

pet-co has some to. not much but they do have some, and what is that place in moorhead. k-nine or something, they dont have much either but i usually stop there anyways and the one on university by the hyundai dealer . not sure if they have gotten saltwater back yet or not the last few times i've stoped there nothing

Petco ya has saltwater if you want to shop there. K-9 does to. Great pets has fishand is really pricy and little to choose from. I think the key words are "good" and "worth", in my opinion pets-r-inn is the only decent saltwater store F-M has. Petsmart does have a few supplies also.

I got my fill of Petco's and marts in the cities, I have no desire to see them again. It's going to be a busy day for me. 7 hours on the road, and I have to help set up for the frag swap when I get back.

I agree, but just wanted to mention those, just in case you want to waist some time at other stores to and also they do have more than the bemidji stores do

Finally made it to Fargo. Pets-r-inn has a sweet Favia. It's about 5-6" in diameter, and a beautiful purple with green eyes.

I also stopped at Foss Drug, and Steve was having a hectic day, be said that the next time I come through that we can snag some frags.

I'm in the works with Shuan as well from Pets R inn in carry my glue, if anyone cares lol

Yes they have a store in fargo and one in grand forks. I do if he does I will have to get some and try it out. Thats to bad about getting the frags. What did you think of the tank there?

Steves tank is neat. I've never seen one that has been up and running for so long. Unfortunately it's a perfect example of what can happen to a SPS tank that mushrooms are introduced to and not controlled. There is a green Stylophora on the right hand side that you can see about a foot of old growth on it. Really neat.
