Can you glob some silicon on it? I had to do this when I drilled my tank.

See if you can cap that bulkhead from the inside of the aquarium, and drain the line of water. Then, flush it with fresh, and allow to dry. Once that is done, you could use either silicon, or PVC cement. Silicon will not adhere very well to PVC, so it may leak again.

Just keep in mind that every mistake you've made makes you a better reefer. It is priceless experience that you will one day be able to use for the benefit of other hobbyists, and yourself.
