Re: RO/DI not working
How old is is? Could the membrane be clogged? I'm just guessing here, not really experience with ro units. Can you call the company you bought it from?

Re: RO/DI not working
Do you have a tds meter on the unit? it does sound like I would start with the membrane, and the lines from there.

Re: RO/DI not working
was it not making water before? I noticed my compression fitting on the float fave squishes the tubing and slows the water down. Have been following this so I know what to do if I have a problem like this with mine.

Re: RO/DI not working
If I were you, I'd make a very good note of how it is assembled, then remove one part at a time and check to see if it is clogged. I am not aware of any way to test the membrane alone, but you could check all the hoses, fittings, etc. See if you can blow air through them.
