You got acans man you are in for it now! You better just set them aside for me and I will take them.. You dont want to deal with them trust me.. Since I have some I would know what to do but for someone that has never had them before watch out!!!!LOL
But anyway I have some high and some low. I dont spot feed mine but you could.

Re: Acan care help
Acans are pretty darn hardy, I have mine under pretty low light and they do fine, they wlll adjust to high light as well. Low to moderate flow probably, they are puffy corals so don't like super high flow. They tend to change coloration depending on placement and lighting so you have to play around a little. They don't need to be spot fed but will add polyps like crazy if you do and are great eaters. I'm giving advice here for acan lords, is that what you have? I have lords, rotundoflora and hillae, used to have enchinatas as well but sold them off. Acans are like skittles, they come in a rainbow of colors and you'll want them all.

Re: Acan care help
You can spot feed them if you like. I used to feed mine halves of silversides, and watch the polyps slowly engulf the small fish. This is not really recommended though. Acans are completely photosynthetic, and do not require any supplemental feeding. If you do spot feed them, I wouldn't do it more than once a week, as to much food can have an advers effect on there health. As for light and flow; I've kept them just about everywhere except in high flow, they don't like that. But they will adapt to just about any kind of light.
Awesome
I sold lots of frags of this guy calling it "The silverside eating Acan"
