things to do with egg crate

We have egg crate left from when we boxes for macro algae and/or rubble rock. So let's be creative and think of what all we can do with this stuff other than your frag racks and tank covers. Any ideas?

That reminds me I should make a frag rack, I've got all mine sitting on the bottom of the tank still and really annoying to look at. I don't do anything too fun with my eggcrate sorry.

I wasn't thinking of stuff we have necessarily done. I was thinking it would be fun to see what we came up with using our inventive heads.

ATO holder
skimmer stands
frag racks
partitions for notty fish/catching fish
strainers for overflow plumbing or overflow teeth
glass protection under sand bed
foam walls
rock support
feeding cage for feeding corals
light acclimation
just a few other ideas

Just to let you know if I used the eggcrate to separate bad fish they would still get out. Just like my horses who can CRAWL under chain link fence. (they have moved on to more secure pastures)
