Do they ever regain their color? We have one almost translucent but growing well. If there is somewhere I should put it to regain the color I will, it seems happy kind of shaded but at the most it is white.

Is there any rics in the tank that look healthy? If so put it there. It shouldn't take more than a month or so to see a difference so if you haven't it probably needs a better spot.
