can someone keep our chaeto?

My macro algaes are both slowly losing ground in my tanks. They are disappearing and the chaeto is getting thinner and less wiry than it should be. I assume it's because my one tank doesn't have enough to feed it and my other tank, doesn't have the lights on long enough to maintain it. Can someone hold what we have left until the swap on May 4th? We need it to be in a place that it grows and flourishes.

Mine hasn't done anything yet, so I should say no!
