Hello Posters,
This is a request to all posters please be kind and don't use nothing but abbreviations, Capital letters or other shortcuts when you are writing. You all post some really interesting information, but those of newbies often can not understand as there are so many we can't make head nor tails. Please mention at least once the full words, then abbreviate after. Thanks

There are sites that tell you common forum lingo let me see if i can find a link 4 ya ! Most of the time I'm typing on my iPhone so abbreviating I's much easier !

There are many hobby specific acronymns many people use on a day to day basis. OBB pretty much covered them all Wink That list is very complete.

Wow, what a great list. I have printed it and stuck it by my computer. Can we have it posted under the newbie forum? It's too bad all forums don't just post this to start with. Not just saltwater, but other word specific hobbies could use such a list. Thanks so much. Also I was trying to think of the word acronym all day, so glad you included that too. LOL.
