sand sifting crabs
I just saw these on reefs2go and was wondering if anyone has ever had these? like them? do they eat snails like hermits do?

the only actual negative thing is that someone threw 10 in a 40gallon and they died...
Other than not seeing them, I don't really see negatives.

I have read up a little more on them. They seem to like lower temps and there is discussion on whether they are intertidal or not. People say they only last a few months. Not worth it in my opinion.
