i'm making a new sump/refugium and i was woundering i f i could put my hang on remora skimmer in the sump/refug and my nitrate reactor in and my cascade canister filter in? or would that be to much water flow or would that screw up the water flow in the sump???

You should be able to run everything from your sump without an issue. I have an HOB skimmer that I just mount to my sump.

Should be fine to put everything in there, that's the big advantage to a sump, getting it all out of view and off the back of the tank.
