Refractometer Calibration Empty Refractometer Calibration

What sort of fluid should I use to calibrate my refractometer...like ro water or 53.0 mS Calibration/reference Fluid or some other thing?

pinpoint makes a salinity calibration fluid that is 53.0 ms that bulk reef sells. I like to use that over RO.
