Salsa anyone Empty Salsa anyone

I know a few of you liked the salsa that T-Juans had here in Bemidji and since they closed down I have been wanting there salsa,well I got the recipe but the kicker is it is for a 8 gallons, So if anyone would want to make some let me know and maybe it could be a salsa making meeting as well!!!LOL

Yum! Which salsa recipe did you get? I like their medium best, hot was good too except that your mouth is on fire for the next day.

Well it's fresh salsa isn't it so has to be eaten pretty quick? I don't know that I can eat a gallon of salsa in a week and not die. We are going to have to cut it down.
