as a contractor in GF ive been asked many times Do these protucts work. My opion is that they allow way to much water to pass over in a heavy down pour. If you want things to pas threw just get bigger down spouts.

This is what I thought of it as well but I got a sample and wow the water goes right through it. This stuff is awsome. If I do come over there I will bring the sample for you to check out

I've installed this stuff on 2 home already the first one lived in a wooded area and the fall leaves sat on them rotted plugged up the holes and the rotted leaves became a sponge and in the winter the gutters froze and expanded and ripped the gutters in areas wide open. , and the other complans about in the fall when leaves cover the foam the water runs right over the gutters.

Thats what i was worried about. As i said before get bigger gutters or go clean them lol sorry to here that your gutters got ripped apart. There will be lots of that this year with all the melting and freezing going on

Jim was it the exact product? The leaf defier? cause I have put this stuff up in some pretty nasty pine needles and leaves and the home owners love it never ever have they complained about that.
