I have this odd red hair algae crap on my rock with my red shooms. and some on my sand. I try to remove it when i do a W/C it will be gone for 2-3 days then pop back up. Anyone know what this algae is ?

I like ASM skimmers. I run the g1x good for up to 150g, for 259. Vivid aquariums.com has them and they price match, check em out.

I personally believe that this and lighting are the two most important things in stabalizing large reef tanks. I used to use deltec but h and s is same thing just more affordable.
