food recipe...where'd it go? Empty food recipe...where'd it go?

I wanted to make food again and was going to use the recipe we had posted here for a starting point. My tank seemed to thrive off what we made last time. Where is that thread? I can't seem to find it. Suspect

Hey I've got a ton, TON of krill and mysis, I was planning of making some more food with it, I can bring my blender, haven't used it since the last food making (grosses me out a little honestly). Still have a ton of pellets and a full bottle of selcon as well..we could use some fresh shrimp or something in the mix.

We just made some food this weekend but I'd be game to jump in on another food making session so we have two types to feed. I really wasn't sure what I was doing but it seemed to turn out OK. All sorts of critters came out when I fed including my emerald crab which I thought was a goner. And, my sand sifting cuc. He only sticks his feathers out if he's REALLY stimulated.

I used:
scallops
mysis shrimp
bloodworms
silversides
pellet food
microvert for liquid
garlic
yeast
green seaweed

I think that's it.

I got the silversides, bloodworms and mysis (or maybe it was brine...can't remember) shrimp from PZ. They were frozen. Got the scallops from Marketplace. The rest was stuff I had. Rick has a good selection of frozen foods. I hadn't realized that before. Went to FF but they didn't have anything that I needed.

Okay, I think that this will work. Its an artlcle on Feeding a Coral Reef Aquarium, by Sanjay Joshi.
It talks of different foods and there is a recipe at the very end of the article.

Jason fed the anemone bait once but I don't think we'll try it again. Embarassed It didn't seem to be a problem but why risk it!
