FOR SALE - DIY- 36" 4x39W SLR T5 High-Output Retrofit Kit w/ Bulbs, with individual Tek reflectors, two "brand name here" ballasts, waterproof endcaps, and bulbs. Bulbs will need to be replaced soon but they should get you started. Also needs new 18g wiring.
The set is for 4 high out put bulbs. This is the set installed in my hood. Works great. Paid 280 new without the bulbs.

any pictures i know a friend who has a 40 breeder but hes thinking halidesbut doesnt like heat i bet he would be interested lmk thanks karl

t5's still get hot, Halides just use way more juice!!I have t5s and i still get a 3-4 degree temp swing and garrett gets the same pretty much with halides.
