Need some help here....
New tank 125 perfecto with dual corner flo what does one need to use for the return hosing from pump can someone show me some pictures please.

It depends entirely on the pump. And anything from pvc to a plastic tubing.

I'm torn between Lifegard Quiet One 4000HH 991gph or a
CA 5000 VENTURI AQUARIUM PUMP 1400gph.
But mainly its the tube that concects to the bulkhead is the one I'm triing to figure out. Bulkhead is smooth inside so does the pvc or what ever I use have to be glued? I suppose it should for no leaks.
Reason I ask for pictures is I can put anything together with a picture as a refrence.

PVC or hose barb would need to be glued...
I would go with the Quiet One over the CA. I had 3 CA4000 pumps in the past and they all tended to die around the 1 year mark. Cheap and effective, but not reliable.

thank-you so what your saying is take the bulkhead in and size it and build both to one pump using pvc and a t connect right???

Be sure to use a short section of spa flex to reduce vibration at the pump connection, but otherwise sounds good to me.
